Comfort Inn Lexington

Due to an issue with my hip, I was not able to sleep in the bed because the mattress was not firm enough. Desk clerks did everything they could to make me comfortable. They provided me with extra comforters so that I could pile them on the floor and sleep on the floor, which I did. However, my sleep on the floor due to the extra comforters was very good night. Appreciate the kindness And special attention they gave me helping to make me comfortable. Also, breakfast was very good.

Booking lost our reservation or never gave it to them. While on the phone with booking trying to figure it out they let us go ahead and go to a room since we showed we had paid months ago. Got off of a 12hr drive and sat in the lobby for 2hours most of it on hold.

For an old looking hotel, it was totally clean, room including rug was very clean as was. the lobbyl The woman at the front desk recommended Kirks Nebraska grill right nearby and it was beyond excellent! Lucky stop for us!

The room and the hotel were very clean. I loved the jacuzzi, the size and the location of my room. The staff were pleasant and responsive. The price was very reasonable, parking was free and the breakfast was included. Located close to the highway and across the road was a Walmart which was convenient to buy items we forgot or needed to replenish.
